The terms below apply to use of the xbaii website and platform ("Service"). By agreeing to these terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with xbaii. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
General Provisions
xbaii is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the xbaii platform.
- These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and xbaii.
- By creating or using an account on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the xbaii platform:
- Users must be at least 21 years of age.
- Users must have a valid and active mobile number or bank account registered in their own name.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- Providing false information about age is a serious violation and grounds for immediate account closure.
Account Registration and Verification
When opening an account on xbaii, users must provide accurate and complete information. Under xbaii terms and conditions:
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential.
- Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to xbaii immediately.
- xbaii may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
- Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
xbaii transaction rules are as follows:
4.1 — Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposit details and amounts must be entered correctly — xbaii will not be responsible for transactions made with incorrect information.
- xbaii will only return funds to the account from which the deposit was made.
4.2 — Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- If fraud or irregularity is suspected, xbaii may put a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.
- Withdrawals may be delayed until specific wagering requirements tied to a bonus have been met.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
xbaii bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms and conditions:
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
- New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- To claim this bonus, a deposit must be made into the account for the first time.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 — General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry and terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or multiple identities is strictly prohibited.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, xbaii reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
- xbaii reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards
Regular active players on xbaii can enjoy exclusive benefits through VIP membership. The xbaii VIP program has five tiers:
- Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
- Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
- Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. xbaii reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
All games on the xbaii platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner:
- All games on xbaii are provided by licensed software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Any attempt to influence a game's outcome, exploiting software bugs, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
- If suspicious activity is detected, xbaii may immediately suspend the relevant account.
- Winnings obtained due to a technical error will be considered void and xbaii is not obligated to pay them out.
- xbaii may add new games or remove existing ones; this does not create any obligation for compensation.
Account Suspension and Closure
xbaii may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Registration using a false identity or fake information.
- Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
- Account closure at the user's own request.
Upon account closure, verified balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless fraud or a breach of terms has been established.
Responsible Gaming Policy
xbaii places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino activity should be conducted for entertainment purposes only.
- Users may set personal limits (deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits) for themselves.
- If needed, users may opt for a self-exclusion for a specified period.

- Any unforeseen event beyond xbaii's control (force majeure).
- Issues arising from the use of unauthorized third-party software or tools.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaii platform:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
- Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Any attempt to undermine the platform's security systems.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward xbaii staff.
- Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
Such activities give xbaii grounds to immediately close the user's account and notify the relevant authorities.

15.3 — Severability
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
15.4 — Entire Agreement
- These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between xbaii and the user.
